Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for international shipments is 1 Full Container Load (FCL). Depending on the product type and shipment volume, we typically use 20-foot or 40-foot export containers for safe and efficient global delivery. For selected premium or specialized products, we may also offer Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping options through consolidated cargo arrangements, subject to availability and destination requirements. Our team helps clients choose the most cost-effective shipping solution based on product category, quantity, and country of import.
We support major international trade terms (Incoterms) to ensure smooth and transparent global transactions. Our primary shipping terms include: FOB (Free On Board) – Available from major Indian ports such as Kolkata, JNPT, Mundra and major ports in India.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – Delivery to the buyer’s destination port with freight and insurance included Based on your preferred procurement and logistics requirements, our export team handles customs clearance, inland transportation, cargo coordination, documentation, port handling, and ocean freight arrangements to ensure efficient worldwide delivery.
We follow strict international quality control and export compliance procedures for every shipment. Each export consignment is supported with complete trade and regulatory documentation, which may include: Phytosanitary Certificates, Fumigation Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Quality inspection and testing reports. For additional assurance, third-party inspections can also be arranged through internationally recognized agencies such as SGS and Intertek before cargo dispatch and container sealing. Our goal is to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth customs clearance for international buyers.
To guarantee safe, secure global banking transactions, Rashid Exports Private Limited operates exclusively through three verified international payment structures:
  • 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight: Confirmed by prime global tier-1 banking institutions.
  • 50% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) Advance: Paid as a structural deposit at contract signing, with the remaining 50% cleared via an Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight.
  • 70% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) Advance: Paid as a structural deposit at contract signing, with the remaining 30% cleared immediately upon presentation of the scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Yes, we provide customized export packaging solutions based on the product type, buyer requirements, and destination country regulations. Our packaging options include: 25kg and 50kg laminated PP bags, Multi-wall paper bags, Jute bags, 1-ton FIBC Jumbo bags. We also support buyer-requested packaging types and offer complete customization for: Private branding and logo printing, Custom bag designs and packaging layouts, Barcode labels and shipping marks, Country-specific packaging requirements, Custom sizes, weights, and sealing options. Our team ensures that all packaging complies with international export, handling, and transportation standards to guarantee safe and professional global delivery.
